Cavatelli with Turnip Tops

400 g of cavatelli

1 kg of turnip tops

2 slices of garlic

extra virgin olive oil 

hot pepper 

Preparation

Clean the turnip tops from the hard parts, wash them with abundant  salty water. take a frying pan and drop some olive oil on it, along with garlic and hot pepper. Then, brown it for some minutes before placing the turnip tops in the frying pan. 

At the same time, take a pot and start cooking cavatelli. Once the pasta is ready you can mix it with the content of the frying pan, blending all the ingredients. Serve the dish.
